What We Offer
My fitness coaching practice focuses on facilitating your success in achieving life-long health, wellness and vitality. With my educational and fitness coaching support, you’ll learn how to make better lifestyle choices by understanding how your body works from the inside out. I can teach you the basics of metabolism, (how our body uses fat and carbohydrates for fuel) biomechanics, the importance of recovery and how stress can sabotage even the best nutrition and exercise plans.
You’re exposed to “myth-leading, myth-communication” in the media on how to lose weight or get healthy. It’s my job as your coach to cut through the noise and teach you how to reach your goals (and sustain the results) for a lifetime. The good news is that the process can be enjoyable and fun. I’m not making this up. With the proper fitness plan, you can see results in a matter of weeks and love how you feel without feeling deprived, miserable or wrecked.
Getting Started
Your training is set up as a 12-week cycle beginning with the Foundation Phase, followed by the Base-Building, then the Strength Phase. Each phase lasts four weeks.
We begin with a consultation to identify your relationship with the 7 Key Lifestyle Influencers:
- Stress
- Movement/Exercise
- Nutrition
- Sleep
- Hydration
- Supplementation/Vitamins
- Caffeine/Energy drinks
Then, we set goals, and uncover your real motivation to get fit. We’ll uncover the “why” you want to get healthy. Support Includes:
- Biometric Assessments
- Daily training plans
- Unlimited phone/text support
- Flexible training schedule (minimum 2 days/week, 12 weeks)
- Supplementation recommendations and client discounts
- Energy System Training program (also referred to as cardio workouts)
- Lab testing recommendations
- Referrals to integrative practitioners including registered dietitians, counselors, or medical doctors
